Vincent Paul Finigan Jr
Paul began practicing law with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in 1972. He is an experienced trial lawyer and has tried numerous jury and bench trials in both state and federal courts. Paul handles class action and other complex business litigation and is experienced in alternative dispute resolution.
He has significant experience in financial services litigation. He has handled cases involving contracts, operations, trusts and fiduciary matters for financial institutions and corporate clients. He has represented boards of directors, management, corporations and other business entities in disputes about claims of breach of fiduciary duty, RICO violations and unfair business practices.
Paul was a national coordinating counsel for product liability litigation and has also represented foreign and multinational entities in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Paul has acted as counselor and advocate for individuals, foundations, not for profit organizations and community entities in a wide variety of engagements.
Paul began his practice with and was a Partner at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison until January 2003. From 2003 until 2007, Paul was a Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. In 2008, Paul joined his former Brobeck partners in an Of Counsel position at Snyder Miller & Orton LLP.
Paul received his J.D. in 1972 from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He lives in San Francisco with his wife Anne.
